Yep, an inexpensive wind trainer and an old bike and some zippy music and


you are good to go. I'll peddle through half a Ball game on TV while listening to music and get a good workout. Not always enough daylight hours to ride on the road and multitasking a good workout is the ticket! I have a Bridgestone touring bike on the trainer but could just as easily put my road bike on in a few seconds (and back off if ready to hit the road.) Can't see spending big bucks or needing the connection to a spinning class, etc
